Our 24/7 Care Models
Live-In Care
Dedicated carer resides in your home
Best For:
- Stable but high care needs
- Preference for consistent carer
- Companionship alongside care
- Lower acuity medical needs
Structure:
One primary carer lives in the home with regular breaks provided by relief carers. The carer has designated sleep/rest periods during night hours.
Shift-Based Care
Multiple carers in scheduled shifts
Best For:
- Complex medical needs
- Requiring different skill sets
- Higher acuity night needs
- Multiple care tasks overnight
Structure:
Typically 2-3 shifts per day (e.g., 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am) with overlapping handover periods for continuity.
24/7 Care Services Include
Daytime Support (6am-10pm)
- Morning routine: Assistance with waking, toileting, bathing, dressing
- Medication management: Administration and monitoring
- Meal preparation: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks
- Mobility assistance: Transfers, walking, exercise

Overnight Support (10pm-6am)
